![The Bret Braddock Adventures, episode 23](http://www.docklandsentertainment.com/wp-content/uploads/showman_23.jpg "The Bret Braddock Adventures, episode 23")

I [Tweeted last week](http://twitter.com/nakedfella/statuses/15354245529?ref=nakedfella.com) about not making it into [Fringe](http://www.melbournefringe.com.au/?ref=nakedfella.com) in time, but thankfully my very lovely venue, the [Bella Union](http://www.bellaunion.com.au/?ref=nakedfella.com) (where we held the [Comic Book Funny](https://cdn.synaps.media/nakedfella/content/files/2026/10/comic-book-funny.html?ref=nakedfella.com) live shows), made it possible.

So now that the forms are in, I can tell you that we'll launch a collection of [my "Bret Braddock" comics](http://www.docklandsentertainment.com/?ref=nakedfella.com) at *Bret Braddock's Awkward Workplace Function*, the Bella Union bar (Trades Hall) on

Thursday October 7, 6-8pm

.

Exactly what will transpire at this event is still a bit shadowy and mysterious, but I'm betting on at least:

- cake
- selling of the aforementioned comic book
- a few awkward speeches about our wonderful boss, Bret Braddock
- surprising prize giveaways
- two truly frightening special guests
Diarise now!

EDIT: Whoops! Don't diarise yet; I've gotta change the date... I'll get back to you on that.
