A quick post.

We’re gearing up for the possibility of doing some new Precinct cartoons later in the year, and I just found the animation notes I made for the toon we did in the lead-up to MIPCOM ‘08. So here is how to animate Precinct characters:

Exciting things are threatening to happen, Precinct-wise, lately. Hopefully they’ll eventuate and I can talk about them more.
